david_reed: Oakland, CA, United States; David Reed began developing student outreach and retention programs in 1999 at the University of Oregon. For the past 10 years he has lived and worked in Oakland, CA, and is currently coordinating student and academic success programs at Skyline College. David Reed is the past President of the Peralta Classified Senate and served as the President of the Laney College Classified Senate from 2009 - 2011.
